ORDINANCE NO. 431.
AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE BEN.B.
FITS TO BE RECEIVEll BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF
THE SEVERAL, LOTS, BLOCKS OR OTHER SUBDIVISIONS
OF LAND WITHIN STREET INPPROVEMENT DISTRICT
N0. 493 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASO
of the district, the streets set out in their petition, have
Petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock for
the construction of said improvement and the cost thereof
shall be assessed upon the real ro er

according to the benefits received; and
6VHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every
lot, block or other subdivisions of land situate within said
district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvemenr,
is $42,410.50;
TORE, it is now ordained by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock:
oeezion 10 That the said several lots, blocks or

to the assessment list for said improvement district as the
same now remains in tide office of the City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock, and
,4the same may be annually readjusted by
the Board of Assessors, and that eight per centum (8 %) of
said assessments of the value of the benefits on each of said

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and After its passage.
