TO CONVEY TN.E WE 100 FEET NORTH HALF LOT FIVE, BLOCK 31,
NORTH LITTLE RO ARKANSAS, AO THE CITY 07f NORTH LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, BY -'U CLAIM DEED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, are hereby authorized and d %ected to convey the
West 100 feet of North Half of Lot 5, Block North Little Rock
Arkansas, to the City of North Little Rock, Arkansas, by quit claim
deed, for a consideration of One Dollar.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall become effective
from and after the date of its passage.
