AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200 TO LR. W. F. WHITE
TO PAY THE CITY'S PART OF PROVIDING DRAINANGE UNDER
SIDEWALK AT 3108 WEST 14th STREET, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LITTLE ROCK CITY COUNCIL:
SECTION I. That two hundred ($200) dollars
be and is hereby appropriated out of the gerreral
revenue funds of the City of Little Rock to pay the
City's part of providing drainage under sidewalk at
3108 West 14th Street. The Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue City warrant or warrants
td Mr. W. F. White in such amounts and of such dates
as they deem for the best interests of the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
