AN ORDIDTANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF BENEFITS TO 1'iINSR I4�ROVE-
OWNERS OF EACH N0� 1 � OF THE CITY L 0� ROCK, ARKANSAS.
ANT DISTRICT

owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in Sewer

for the pure
purpose of installing a system of storm and sanitary sewers including
all necessary man- holes, flush tanks, pipe lines and outlets and such disposal
arrangements as may be necessary and all other work that may be necessary for
the construction thereof and for the purpose of extending said system beyond
the boundaries of the District for outlets at such points and in such manner as
may be Pound necessary, all of same to be located in the places and to be of
such material and dimensions and to be placed in such manner as the commissioners
may deem for the best interests of the District, have petitioned the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for the construction of said Improvement
and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said Dis-

trict according to the benefits receive;
SAS, said benefits received by each and every lot and parcel of
real property situated in said District equals or exceeds the local assessment
thereon; and,
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said Improvement District is Twelve
Thousand Seventy -Five ($12,075.36) Dollars and Thirty -Six Cents, exclusive of

interest charges.
INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA
ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That said several lots and parcels of real property in
`=maid District be and the acme are. hereby assessed according to the assessMent 116t P
the same now remains in the office of the City
for said Improvement District, as
Clerk, of.the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,, and as the same may be annually read -
justed by
the Board. of Assessors and that Six and Two - Thirds (6 2/3 per cent)
per centum on each of said lots and parcel's shall be paid annually, on or before
the 15th day of August, until the whole of said local assessment shall be paid,
the first annual assessment to be paid on or before the 15th'day of August, 1928-
SECTION 8. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be en-
forced and effect from and after its passage.
