AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING HUNDRED AND FIFTY
DOLLARS (j0.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF TURNOUT SUITS AND HELMETS
FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the sum of a Hundred and
Fifty Dollars (50.00), or as much thereof as may be necessary,
is hereby appropriated out of the General Revenug Fund,of the
City of Little Rock, for the purpose of purchasing turnout
suits and helmets for the Fire Department; a#d the Mayor and
the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's war-
rant or warrants therefor, in such amounts as they deem.for
the best interests of the City,and made payable to the Eureka
Fire Hose Manufacturing Company of New York City.
Section 2. Th &t this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
