AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $457.03 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
A NEW FORD AUTOMOBILE FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION I. That four hundred fifty seveu
dollars and three cents ($457.03) be and is hereby
appropriated out of the general revenue funds of the
City of Little Rock for the purchase of a new Ford
automobile for the Police Department. The Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue City warrant
or warrants to Freeman & Freeman in such amounts and
on such dates as they deem for the best interests of the
City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
