WHEREAS, The majority in value of the property holders own

sas , organized for the purnope of draining, curbing, guttering and pav-

jid that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property
of said District according to the benefits received; and

City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the several blocks, lots anf parcels of
real pxpperty,in said District be assessed ccording to the assessmt t
litt, for said Improvement District as the same now remains in the office
of the City Clerk and as the same may be annually readjusted by the
Bo red :t f Assessors, and that seven (7) per centum on each of said blocks,
.e shall be paid annually on or before the 1st°"
'of each of the years 1928 to 1941, inclusive, and two (2)` per

SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
or�flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
