ORDINANCE No. 4305.
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, A?7ANSAS, AT THR_,E HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS
($335.00) PER aCNTH, BEGINNING ON THE 15th HAY OF APRIL, 1928,
AND PAYABLE ON THE 15th DAY OF EACH leaONTH THEREAFTER, A1,1D FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. BeTinnin:7 on the 15th day of April, 1928,
the salary of the City Clerk shall be and is hereby fixed at
$335.00 per month, payable on the 15th day of each month
thereafter until other wise provided by proper ordinance.
Section 2. All emoluments of office and fees in excess
of the salary provided for in section one shall be deposited in
the city treasury for the use and benefit of the City of Little
Rock.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby revealed, and this ordinance shall
become effective on the 15th day of April, 1928.
