ORDINANCE N0. 4302.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $627.50 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
ASPHALTIC CEMENT FOR USE BY THE STR.°�.ET DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS I
SECTION 1. Six hundred twenty -seven dollars and
fifty cents is hereby appropriated out of the general
revenue fund of the City of Little Rock for the purchase
of twenty- five(25) tons of Asphaltic Cement to be used
for maintenance of City Streets by the Street Department.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to isae
City warrant or warrants to The Texas Company, Dallas,
Texas, payable at such date ar dates as is deemed to the
best interest of the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and immediately after its passage.
