ORDINANCE N0. 429 .
ACCEPTING AIM CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF STREETS
AND EASEMENTS CONTAINED IN PLAT AND BILL OF ASSUR-
ANDE OF SHADOWLAWN, MADE AND EXECUTED BY THE SUN
BUILDING AND DEVELOPING COMPANY AND DATED THE
DAY OF MARCH, 1928. ----

WHEREAS, on the 7th day of February, 1928, the
Sun Building & Developing Company did make a Plat and Bill of
Assurance of a portion of the Northeast Quarter (NE -J) of Sec-
tion Thirty -one (31), in Township Two (2) North, Range Twelve
(12) West, designated as Shadowlawn, and now recorded in Plat
Book _ at page of the records in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on which were designated
1. certain streets and easements, and did, on the same day, make
and execute a Dedication of Restrictions, which is recorded
In Book at page of the records of said county;
AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, did not approve and accept said Plat
and the streets and easements located thereon, and did re-
quest and require a replatting thereof, and a relocation of
the streets and easements to the public; and
WHMEAS, the said Sun Building & Developing Com-
pany, the owner. thereo f, did thereupon set aside, cancel an
revoke the said Plat and Bill of Assurance and Dedication of
*1-'et3ons so made by it of said lands; and
WHEREAS, the said Sun Building & Developing Com-
P$W did thereupon replat said portion of said Northeast Quar-
ter (NFL) of Section Thirty -one (31), in Township Two (2)
North, Range Twelve (12) West, and. did, on the day of
March, 1928, make and execute a Plat and Bill of Assurs4ee of

said land. , ]mown as Shadowlawn, and on said Plat did note and
designate the streets and easements dedicated to the public
use, which was filed for record in the office of the Ciremit
Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on the
day of March, 1928, and is now recorded in Plat Book , at
page , of the records of said county; and on the same
day did file a Dedication of Restrictions, which is now record-
ed in Book at page of the records in said
Recorder's office;
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of
Section 1.
Little Rock, Arkansas;/ Teat the said streets and easements
which are noted and laid out upon said Plat of said subdivision
of the Northeast Quarter (1E -t) of Section Thirty-one (31) , in
Township Two (2) North, Range Twelve (12) west, known and
designated as Shadowlawn, and which Plat is dated the day
of March,. 19280
and recorded in
Plat Book
at page �,
of the records
of the Recorder
of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and
the dedication thereof as such streets and easements, be and
the same are hereby accepted and confirmed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
