AT THE NORTH BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 485, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
SECTION I. That four thousand six hundred and twenty -
Dollars appropriated out of the
on J.($4, 621) be and is hereby app ro p
general revenue funds of the City for paving the City's
share of West Markham Street from Monroe to Van Buren
Street at the North boundary of Fair Paxk, in conjunction
with Street Improvement District No.485, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue City warrant
or warrants therefor in such amounts and at such times as
they deem for the best interests of the City, said warrant
or warrants being made payable to Street Improvement
District No.485.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is to take effect and be
