AN ORDINANCE DIRECTIuG THE ARKAN SAW WATER COMPANY TO EXTEND AN
EIGHT INCH (911) LINE,FROM ITS PRESENT LINE ON BOND STREET AT
EIGHTH STREET, EAST 011 EIGHTH STREET TO REICHARDT STREET AND
CONNECT WITH EXISTING MAIN AT EIGHTH AND REICHARDT STREETS, AND
TO INSTALL THEREON ONE FIRE HYDRANT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Arkansaw Water Company is
hereby ordered and directed to install an eight inch (511) line,
from its present line on Bond Street at Eighth Street, east on
Eighth Street to Reichardt Street and connect with existing main
at Eighth and Reichardt Streets and to install thereon one fire
hydrant at the following location:
Eighth and Bender Streets.
Section 2. This line and hydrant are ordered
in accordance with Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed
August 13, 1923, and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442, passed
March 24, 1924.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar
as they conflict with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect an
