AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PE 11ISSION TO THE HOTEL LA FATE-P-TE TO
CONSTRUCT A STAIRWAY, THREE FEET IN WIDTH, FROM THE SIDEWALK TO
THE BASMIENT OF SAID HOTEL ON Sn=. STREET, NEAR THE INT- tSECTION
OF SIXTH AND LOUISIANA STREETS,
ORDINANCE HJO. 4276.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to the La Fayette
Motel of Little Rock, Arkansas, to construct a stairway, three
feet in width, from the sidewalk to the basement of said hotel
on Sixth Street and adjacent to the south side of said hotel.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ardinances in
confllat herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
become effective from and after the date of its passage.
