Section 1. That the several blocks, lots, and nr.rcels of real
oro-perty in said district be assessed according to the a.ssess«:ent list
for said improvement district as the same nor, re t. .ins i.a the office
of the City Clerk,.and a -s the same fay be annually rea&justed by the
Board of Assessors, and t'r.-at six ( %) -per centum on each of said blocks,
lots, and -parcels shall be -oaid annually on or before the first Lay of
Aprll_of each of the years 1928 to 1942, inclusive.
Section 2. Th;-,A all ordinances and.np.rts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
