ORDINANCE N0. x#268 .
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 4239, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No.4239,
of __the_City of Little $ood.a�►a,s, passed - 08cbe;
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows;
"Section 1. That the said several lots, blocks,
railroad rights -of -way or other subdivisions of real property
within said Curb, Gutter,Drainage and Sidewalk
District No. 477 be and they are hereby assessed according to
the Assessment List for said Improvement District as the same
now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock, and as the same may be annually readjusted by the
Board of Assessors of said district, and that 4 of said assess-
I went of the value of benefits to each of said lots, blocks,
railroad rights -of -way or other subdivision of real property
within said district shall be paid on or before the 15th'day
of February, 1928, and 6� of said assessment of the value of
benefits shall be paid on or before the 15th day of February,
1929, and each year thereafter until the whole of said assess-
ment shall have been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances insofar as they conflict with this ordinance are
.hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
