ORDINANCE NO. 4267.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,000.00 TO MAKE
ADDITIONS TO BUILDINGS AND TO MAKE OTHER IMPROVEMENTS IN
THE ZOO AT FAIR PARK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS:
Section 1. That the sum of Two Thousand
Dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund of the City of
Little Rock for the purpose of making additions to Zoo buildings
and for the making of other improvements in the Zoo at Fair
Park, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
issue the Cityts warrant or warrants therefor in such amounts,
payable to those parties furnishing labor and material for such
work, and of such maturity as they deem for the best interests
of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
