AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AN ASSESSKMT TO PAY FOR LOM IMPROVIEBMITS IN STREET IETROVEIIENT DISTRICT NO. 473 WHEREKS, the majority in value of the property holders owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in Street Improve- went District No. 473 of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, organised for the purpose of paving with Warrenite on a concrete base, brick on a concrete base, reinforced concrete or Vibrolithie concrete of such dimensions and in such manner as the commissioners of the district shall determine to be for the best interests of the district, the following named streets: Taylor Street from the South line of "L" Street to the North line of "H" Street; Polk Street from the South line of "L" Street to the North line of "H" Street; 'Z" Street from Prospect Avenue to the West line of Taylor Street; "I" Street from Prospect Avenue to the East line of Taylor Street, have petitioned the Council of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, ;Arkansas, for the construction of said improvement, and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said district according to benefi received; and, WHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and parcel of real property situated in said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and VIIMME FAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is $339400.90. Section 1. T1MR;70 FB, it now is ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,l1hat said several lots, blocks and parcels of real property in said district be assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and that eight per centum (8f) on each of said blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid annually on or before the 15th dap of March until the whole of said local assessment shall be paid,beginning March 15, 1928. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, hereby, are repealed.
