ORDWANCE N0. 424+.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE WIDTH OF SIDEWALKS
TO BE LAID ON HARRINGTON STREET IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the width of sidewalks laid on each side of
Harrington Street shall be four feet.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as to permit the laying
of this width sidewalk on Harrington Street, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
