AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATINGi THE SUM OF $400.00 OR AS MUCH
THEREOF AS IS NECESSARY, TO ERECT A COMFORT STATION AT FAIR
PARK, IN.THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROM
Section 1. That the sum of $400.00, or as much thereof
as is neoessary, is hereby appropriated out of the general
revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated, to erect a comfort
station at Oftir.Park8lin the City of Little Rock, _Arkane%q.,,,.
and the mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized to draw the
city's warrant or warrants, payable to the State Fair
Association, said warrants maturing at some date which they
-' deem advisable.
=4' Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in

conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
t Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
