AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO All IMPROVEIIENT
DISTRICT TO BE 107019N AS C(���� AND GUTTER

0 F LITTLE ROCK, 'ARKANSAS .

WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property in that portion of
the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter described,
have petitioned the City C ouncil to take steps toward the making o f a
local improvement in said city by forming said territory into an improvement
district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within the
following boundaries, to-wit:
Lots
3, 4,
5,
and 6, in Block 1;
Lots
3, 4,
5,
and 6, in Block 4;
Lots
3, 4,
5,
and 6, in Block 5;
All
in Pfeifer
Addition.
All Block 7;
West Half of South Half of Block 8;
West 175 Feet of North Half of Block 8;
West Half of Block 10;
All in H. Adam's Addition.
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 9, Stempel's Addition;
( Stempel's Addition being Subdivision of Block 9, H. Adam's
Addition.),
All in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local improvement
district, for the purpose of grading, curbing, and guttering
Jackson (formerly Cherry) Street from "A" Street to Lee Avenue, in such
manner and with such materials as the commissioners to be appointed
shall determine to be for the best interests of the district; and that
said district be designated as Curb and G utter Improvement District
N 0.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
