OF LI M ami -ASW- SAB. WHEREAS, the majority in value of the property holders owning property adjoining the-locality to be affected and situate^Annex No. 1 to Sewer Improvement District No. 102 of the city of Little Moak, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of installing a system of sanitary suers, including all necessary manholes, flush tanks, septic tanks, pipe lines, and outlets, and such disposal arrangements as may be necessary and all other work that may be necessary for the successful construction thereof, and for the purpose of extending said system beyond the boundaries of the district for outlets at such points and in such manner as may be !band necessary; all of same to be located in the places and to be of such materials and dimensions and to be place in such manner as the commissioners may deem for the best interest of the district, have petitioned the city council of the city of Little Book, Arkansas, for the construction of said Improvements and that the cost thereof, shall be assessed upon the real property of said district according to the benefits received; and WHERIRAS9 said benefits received by each and every block, lot, and parcel of real property situate in said district equals or "�Yceede the local assessment thereon; and WHEREAS, the.estimated post -of said improvement is TwelWe Thousand, Two Hundred and three and 13/100 Dollars ($120203-0100 3 HOF THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AAHAXSA01 Section 1. That said several blocks, lots and parcels of r real property in said district be assessed according to the Otte ' duct remains in the office of the city clerk, and as the same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that Six (d) per centum on each of said blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid annually an or before the fifteenth day of October until the whole of said local assessment shall be paid.
