AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3913 TO INCLUDE
NEST CAPITOL AVENUE FROM CENTER TO SPRING STREET IN
THE CONGESTED DISTRICT ANA FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RO01, ARK,,:
Section 1, That Ordinance No. 3913 be and the same is hereby
amended to include Nest Capitol Avenue from Center to Spring Street
in the Congested District of th6 City of Little Rook as defined in
section B of said Ordinanoe "Wo. 3913.
Section 2. This ordinance shall not conflict with Ordinance
No.'3913 but shall be supplementary thereto and shall be in force
and effect from and after its passage.
