THE CITY OF LITTLE
Section 1. The sum of $275.00 is hereby appropriated
out of the general revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated,
for the purpose of paying agent's commission to the Peoples
Savings Bank of Little Rock for negotiating the sale of the
following described property to Charlie Piazza:
1116.9 feet East and West by 50 feet North and South
in the Northeast Corner of Lot 1, Block 15, Ia2cDonald & Vlheelers
Addition to Little RockS1.
tlPart of Block 15, McDonald & 4`Jheelei Addition to
Little Rock, described as follows: Beginning 84 feet east of
the southeast corner of 14th Street and Park Avenue, thence
east 35 feet, thence south 100 feet, thence west 35 feet,
thence north 100 feet to point of beginning1l.

City of Little Rock, described as follows: Beginning at a
point 119 feet east of park Avenue on the south side of 14th
Street, thence south 100 feet, thence east 45 feet, thence north

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to draw the city's warrant therefor, said warrant
maturing at such time as may in their discretion seem best
and payable to the Peoples Savings Bank of Little Rock, Ark.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
