AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY, OWNED BY
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND SITUATEfr IN BLOCK 15, McDONALD & WHEELER
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, TO CHARLIE PIAZZA, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OMOIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Oferk are hereby directed and
authorized to execute and deliver warranty deed in the name of the
city to Charlie Piazza, conveying the following described property,
to-wit:
+f16.9 feet East and West by 50 feet North and South in
the Northeast Corner of Lot 1, Block 15, McDonald & Wheeler
Addition.
Part of Block 15, McDonald & Wheeler Addition to Little
Rock, described as follows: Beginning 84 feet east of the
southeast corner of 14th Street and Park Avenue, thence east
35 feet, thence south 100 feet, thence west 35 feet, thence
north 100 feet to point of beginning.
Part of Block 15, McDonald & Wheeler Addition to the
City of Little Rock, described as follows: Beginning at a point
119 feet east of Park Avenue on the south side of 14th Street
thence south 100 feet, thence east 45 feet, thence north 100 feet,
thence west to point of beginning".
The Mayor and City Clerk are instructed to deliver said deed
to Charlie Piazza upon the receipt of $5500.00 cash from the
said Charlie Piazza.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
the date of its passage.
