AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THAT PORTION OF ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF DEED TO WALKER SANDERS, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That th6 portion of Ordinance No.
3872 directing execution and delivery of a warranty deed, by
the 1;'_ayor and City Clerk in the name of the City, to ,Walker
Sanders conveying to said Walker Sanders a tract of land
practically 161 east and Pest by 501 north and south in the
northeast corner of Block 15, McDonald & Wheelerts Addition
to the City of Little Rock, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect from and after its passage.
