AN ORDINANCE ASSESSIM THE VALUE OF
BENEFITS TO RE F.ECPlVFD 77 THE OWNERS
OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL IATS, MOCKS, ATIM
PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN STREET IITROM4F.NT
DISTRICT N0. 475 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.•
REAS, &..majority ins Nalmo --s f the property holders owning --- __--
property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in
Street Improvement District No. 475 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, organized for the purpose of grading and paving, T Street
from Van Buren Street to Taylor Street, in such manner and with
such materials as the commissioners shall determine to be for the
best interests of the district, have petitioned the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of said
improvement, and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the
real property of said district according -to the benefits received;
and
WHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot,
and parcel of real property situated in said district equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is $8,173.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansaw:
Section 1. That the sevcr�.il blocks, lots, and parcels of real
property in said district be assessed according to the assessment list

for said improvement district as the same now remains in the office
of the City Clerk, and as the same may be annually readjusted by the
Board of Assessors, and that six and one -half (6ej.) percentum on each��i
of said blocks, lots and parcele shall be paid annually on or before
the first day of September of each of the years 1927 to 1941, inclusive.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from Rnd after its passare.
