41943 ORDINANCE NO. 4194. a An Ordinance Assessing the Value of the Benefits to Be Received by the Owner of Each of the Several Lots or Parcels of Real Property within the West 3rd Street Annex to Street Improvement District No. 430 of the City of Little ,Rock, Arkansas, (gi .11r, WHEREAS, a majority in value of the owners of real property owning real property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated within the West 3rd Street Annex to Street Improvement District No. 430 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local improvement therein by paving the streets set out in their petition, in such manner and with vibrolithic concrete as the commissioners of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the territory amexed, have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of said improvement and that the cost thereof be assessed upon the real property within said annexed terri- tory according to the benefits received;-and,' I,','IMEAS, said benefits received by each of the several lots or other parcels of-real property within the said West 3rd Street Annex equal or exceed the local assessments thereon; and, WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is $5,341.40; THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas: Section 1. That the said several lots or other parcels of real property within the West 3rd Street Annex to Street Improvement District No. 430 of the City of Little Rook be, and they are, hereby assessed according to theassessment list for said annex, as the same now remains in the office of the City • Clerk of the City of Little Rock and as the same may be annually readjusted by the board of assessors, and that 6 -213 per centum -2- of said assessment of the value of the benefits of each of said lot or other parcels of real property within said lffest 3rd Street Annex be paid on or before the 1st day of September of each year, beginning on September 1, 1927, until the whole of said assess- ment shall have been paid. Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict he3with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
