ORDINANCE NO. 4192
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO A. F. LAPE TO
IERECT A GASOLINE FILLING STATION ON LOT 7, BLOCK 283, CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, BEING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF FOURTEENTH AND RINGO
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission is hereby granted
to A. F. Lape to erect a gasoline filling station on the northwest
corner of Fourteenth and Ringo Streets, being Lot 7, Block 283,
City of Little Rock, same to be of semi - fireproof construction,
the work and installation of pumps to be subject to approval of
the City Engineer.
Section 2.
That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and any ordinanoc
or parts of ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only
insofar as to permit the erection of this building at this speci-
fied location.
