ORDINANCE NO. 4191.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SU1.1 OF $742.20 , OR AS MUCH
THEREOF AS TUY BE NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEVI
MOTOR TRUCK AND FOUR MV MOTORS FOR THE GARBAGE DEPARTMENT ,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $742.20 or as much thereof
as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the general revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated, for
the purchase of one new motor truck and four new motors for
the use of the garbage department, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant
or warrants therefor, payable to the person, firm or corporation
from whom said motor truck and motors are bought, said warrant
or warrants maturing at such times as may in their discretion
seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
