AN ORDINANCE LATIN OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS,INTO AKA IMPROVEMENT DI STRICT, TO BE KNOWN
AS CBRB,GUTTER,DRAINAGE AND SIDEWALK DISTRICT V.
WHEREAS, ten owners of real property in that portion of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,her einaf ter desoribed,have
petitioned the City Council to take steps toward the making of
a local improvement in said City by forming said territory into
an improveaiat district for the purposes hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE,by it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock,Arkaneas:
Section 1. That all the real property situated within the
following territory, to -wit:
Barton Street from the North property line of West Second
Street to the South property line of Blocks Nine (9) and Ten "10)
Capitol View Addition to the city of Little Rock,Arkansas,the
territory to be embraced bn said District to be the East Half
of Blocks Seven (7) and Ten (10) Capitol View Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the West Half of Blocks Eight
(8) and Nine (9) Capitol View Addition to the City of Little
Rock,Arkansas;
be formed into a local improveumtnt district for the
purposes of constructing sidewalks on both sides of Barton
Street from West Second Street to the South-property line of
Blocks Nine (9) and Ten (10) Capitol View Addition to Little
Rock,and also for the purposes of aonetbuating curbs,guttere
and drainage on both sides of Barton Street from the North
property line of West Second Street to the South property line
of Blocks Nine (9) and Ten (10) Capitol View Addition to the
City of Little Rock,Arkansas,the work to be oonstructed of suoh
materials and in such manner as the oommkissionere to be ap-
ported may hereafter determine;and that said District be desig-
nated as Curb, Gutter�nDrainage and Sideealk District No. l�
Section.3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from d for its passage.
