A ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PURCHASE
USED
OF ONE FORD ROADSTER WITH SCREEN BODY B
AS A DOGS WAGON*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars, or
as much thereof as may be necessary, i s hereby appropriated from
the general Revenue Fund of the City of Little Rock for the purchase_
of one Ford Roadster with screen body to be used as a dog wagon.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
t
' issue a warrant therefor payable to the Shoemaker -Bale Auto Company
of this city of such maturity as they deem best.
Section 3. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
