AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING X3800.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
LOTS 10, 11 and 12, BLOCK 10, CUNNINGHAM ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, FROM BESSIE W. RHODES, RDBERT WOOTEN
RHODES, ELBERT ROSS RHODES AND ANDREW JASPER RHODES, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section to That the sum of 3800.00 or as much thereof
as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the general revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated, for the
purchase of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 10, Cunningham Addition
to the City of Little Rock, from Bessie W. Rhodes, Robert
Wooten Rhodes, Elbert Ross Rhodes and Andrew Jasper Rhodes,
against whom a condemnation suit was filed by the city to
acquire title to the above described property to be used in
connection with Fair Park, which suit terminated in a consent
judgment for $3800.00, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant, or
warrants therefor, payable to Bessie W. Rhodes, Robert Wooten
Rhodes, Elbert Ross Rhodes and Andrew Jasper Rhodes, said warrant
or warrants maturing at such times as may in their discretion
seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after ' t , assage.
