AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE POCK INTO AN IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT TO BE K5L7N AS STREET IMPROVEMNT
DISTRICT NO .an kj OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, more than ton owners of real property in that portion
of the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward the
waking of a local improvement in said City by faming said territory
into an improvement district for the *urposes hereinafter set fbrth.
NOW, THEREMRE, Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within the
following boundaries, to -wit:
Lots 8 to 14, inclusive, Block 8;
Lots 8 to 14, inclusive, Block 9;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, -Bieft --10;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, Block 11;
Lots 8 to 14, inclusive, Block 12;
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 17;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 18;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 19;
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 20;
Lets 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 21;
All in Newton's Addition to the Town of Pulaski Heights,
(Now annexed to the City of Little Rock, but name of addition
not changed) ,
be and the some is hereby laid off and formed into a local improvement
district, for the purpose of grading and paving T Street from Van Buren
Street to Taylor Street, in such manner and with such materials as the
commissioners to be appointed shall determine to be for the beat interests
m of the district; and that said district be designated as Street Improvement
District No. 475 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall teke effect end be in force from
and after its passage.
