AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO AN IMPRO VMZNT
DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS CURB i AND GUTTER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 OF THE CITY
o F LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property intbItt portion
of the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toTa.rd the
making of a local improvement in said City by forming said territory
into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within the
following boundaries, to -wit:

be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a. local improvement
district, for the purpose of draining, curbing, and guttering T Street
from Van Buren Street to Taylor Street, in such mnner and with such
materials as the commissioners to be appointed shell determine to be
for the best interests of the district; and that said district be
designated as Curb and Gutter Improvement District Ne.4of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance sha 11 take effect and be in force
from and after its passages
