ORDINANCE NO. 4164.
All ORDINANCE FIXING THE A,1iNUAZ RATE OF COIIECTION
OF ASSESST01ENTS OF BMFEFITS IN STREET IILTPP OVEIvMNT
DISTMOT NO. 419.
Whereas, the improvement in Street Impr oveme nt District
No. 419 has been practically completed and the Commissioners
are now able to determine the exact cost of the work and find
that it will not be necessary to c olleet the amounts set out
in Ordinance No. Z10.1 J� ; now therefore be it ordained by the
City Council of the City of Little Rock;
Section 1: That the said several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in Street Improvement District No. 419 be
assessed according to the assessment list for said Improvement
District as the same now remains in the office of the City
Clerk, and that seven per- centum of the amount of benefits on
each of said blocks, lots and parcels of real property shall be
paid on or before the 1st day of June in each of the years 1927 ,
1928 and 1929; that eight per-cent-um on each of said Blocks,
lots and parcels of real property shall be paid on or before
the first day of June in each of the gears 1930 to 1936
inclusive; and that seven per- centum on each of the said blocks,
lots and parcels of real property shall be paid on or before
the first day of June, 1987, and the first day of ]dune of each
year thereafter until the whole of said assessments have been
paid.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
