AN ORDINANCE AP THE, ING TH SMI OF 02818.34, OR
AS IUCH THEREOF AS TIAY B7 NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF
TWO STUDEBAi ER FOR THE POLICE DKPARTIMIT AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TAE' CITY COUNCIL OF TIC CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The sum of P'2818.34, or as much thereof as
may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the general revenue fund, not otherwise app opriated,
for the purchase of two Studebaa,er aye s for the
use of the Police Department, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to draw the ity's warrant,
or warrants therefor said warrant or warrants maturing at
such times as may in their discretion seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
