Section 1. That all of the reel property situated within the follovling
boundaries, to -grit;
All th:t real property in Prospect Terrace No. 3 lying between
Southwood load, Crestwood Thrive and I'L" Street; and Plots L'o.
1195, 196 and 197 in Prospect Terrace No. 3; and
Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12, Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 0, 10,
11 and 12, dock 2; all of Blocks 3, 6, 11 and 14, Lots 1 to 69
inclusive, in Blocks 4 and 5; Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 7;

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
