Whereas, more than ten owners of real property in that portion of the
City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter described, have
petitioned the City Council to take steps towArd the making of a local improve
ment in said city by forming said territory into an improvement district for
the purposes hereinafter set forth.

Section 1. That all the real property situated within the following
boundaries, to -wit;
All that real property in Prospect Terrace !To. 3 lying between
Southwood Road, Crestwood Drive and "L" Street; and"lots No. 195,
196 and 197 in Prospect 'terrace ',?o. 3; and
Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12, Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11 and 12, Block 2; all of Blocks 3, 6, 11 and 14, Lots 1 to 6,
inclusive, in 'docks 4 and 5; Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block
7; Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, in Block 12; Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and
12, in Block 13; Lots 3 to 10, inclusive, in Block 10; Lots 3 to 8,
inclusive, in Block 9; Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 15;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 16; all in Hollenberg's Ad^ition;
and
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, in Block 48; all of Blocks 49 and 51; all
in Pulaski Heights .Addition
be and the same is hereb_7 laid off and formed into a local improv:�nent distric
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing and guttering
Taylor Street from the South Line of "L" Street to the North
line of "H" Street; folk Street from the South line of I'L" Street
to the forth line of "H" Street; "L" Street from Prospect Avenue
to the ,est line of Taylor Street; "I" Street from Prospect Lvenue
to the Last line of Taylor Street;
in such ;canner and with such materials as the commissioners of the district
shall determine to be for the best in erests of the district; and that said
district be desii-°uated as Curb and Gutter Irlprovenent District No.�� of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby re sled.
