BE IT ORDLINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The sum of $200.00 is hereby appropriate&
out of any money in the general revenue fund, not otherwise
appropriated, for the purpose of paying claim of Mrs. Jennie
Wilson for an injury sustained in a collision between the
automobiles of Assistant Fire Chief, Charles A. Burns and
R. A. Kern, at 5th And Broadway Streets on the 6th day of
December, 1926, and the mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draw the city's warrant or warrants therefor,
said warrant or warrants maturing at such times as may in their
discretion seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinande shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
