BE IT ORDAINED BY TIP-- CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

Section 1. The sum of 36&M is hereby appropriated
out of any money in the general revenue fund, not otherwise
appropriated, for the purpose of paying Doctor -.' . S. 16my for
Nrofessional services rendered Charley Williams, whose eye
was injured while in the services of the city, and the mayor
and city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to &raw the
city's warrant or warrants, therefor, said warrant or warrants
maturing at such times as may in their discretion seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in fall force and effect from and after its passage.
