PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN S' "'IT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NMCAR 4079
OF TIC CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
MOMAS., a majority in value of the property holders
owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated
in Street Improvement District No. 407 in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local improvement
therein by paving streets within said district, have petitioned
the City Council of the City of Little Rock for the construction
of said improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed
upon the real property in said district according to the benefits
received; and
VZMAS, said benefits received by each and every block,
lot and parcel of real property, railroad and railroad right -of -way
situated in said district equals or exceeds the local assessment
thereon; and
WBERSAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is $3290649
exclusive of interest and other expenses; and the assessed benefits
amount to 009000.37:
NOW, THEREFORE, I IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
MOTION 1. That the said several blocks, lots and par-
eels of real property, railroad and railroad rights -of -way in said
Street Improvement District Dumber 407 be and they are hereby as-
sessed according to the assessment list as the same now remains in
the offiee of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the
same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that
four and one -half per cent E40Y of said assessment of benefits on
each of said lots, blocks and parcels of land shall be paid on or
before the 15th day of duly, 1927, and 4r thereof annually there-
after on or before the 15th day of July until the whole of said

SCCTIOI+T p.,. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
