AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF TH: CITY OF LITTLE: ROCK INTO AN
IBGPROVaIENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS CURB AM GUTTER Itu" 'RDVU1ENT
DISTRICT N0. �OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Whereas, more than ten owners of real property in that portion of the City
of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter described, have petitioned
the city council to take steps toward the making of a local improvement in said
city by forming said territory into an improvement district for the purposes
hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTL '.SOCK, ARK.
Section 1. That all of the real property situated within the following
boundaries, to wit:
All that real property in Prospect Terrace No. 3 lying between
Southwood Road, Crestwood Drive and "L" Street; and Plots No.
195, 196 and 197 in Prospect Terrace No. 3; and
Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12, Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11 and 12, B look 2; all of Blocks 3, 6, 11 and 14; Lots
1 to 6, inclusive, in Blocks 4 and 5; Lots 7 to 12, inclusive,
in Block 7; Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, in Blocks 12 and 13; Lots
3 to 10, inclusive, in Block 10; Lots 3 to S. inclusive, in
Block 9; Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in block 15; Lots 1,
2, 3, 8, 9, and 10 in Block 16; all in 111ollenberg's Addition;
and
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, in Block 48; all of Blocks 49 and 51;
all in 'Pulaski Heights Addition;
be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local improvement district
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing and guttering
Taylor Street from the South line of "L" Street to the North
line of "H" Street; Polk Street from the South line of "L"•
Street to the North line of "H" Street; "L" Street from
Prospect Avenue to the hest line of Taylor Street; "I" Street
from Prospect avenue to the East line of Taylor Street
,in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of the district shall
determine to be for the beat interests of the district; and that said district
be designated as Curb and Gutter Improvement vistrict No. 4L9_ of the pity of
Little Bock, Arkansas.
Section 2. j'his ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
