ORDINANCE NO. 4131.
An ordinance laying off a portion of the City of
Little Rock into a street improvement district to be known
as Street Improvement District Number Litt ;
71hereas, more than ten (10) owners of real property
. in the portion of the City of Little Rock hereinafter de-
scribed, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward the making of local improvements in said city,by
forming said territory into an improvement district for the
purposes hereinafter set forth;

ing, grading, curbing, guttering, and paving "lest Second

the North property line of Second Street, South to the Yorth
property line of Third Street; also Chester Street from the
South property line of Markham Street to the North property
line of "lest Fifth Street; the work to be constructed of such
materials and in such manner as the commissioners to be
appointed may hereafter determine; and that said. district
be designated as Street Improvement District Number 464
Section 2: This ordinance shall tabs effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
