An ordinance assessing the value of the benefits to be
received by the owners of each of the several lots, blocks,
or other sub- divisions of real, property within Sidewalk,
Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 457 of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.

PrOPOrtY owning real property within the locality to be af-
fected and situated within Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Improve -
nent District No. 457 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
organized for the purpose of making local improvements there-
in by curbing and guttering and building sidewalk in such
meaner and with such materials as the Commissioners of said
District shall determine to be for the best interests of the
District, set out in their petition, having petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little Rock for the construction
of said improvements and that the east thereof shall be as-
sessed upon the real property within said District according
to the benefits received; and

real property situated within said District equals or exceeds
the local assessments thereon; and
IMKFZMt the estimated cost of said Improvement is
$3,860.

Section 1. feat, the said several lots of real property
within said Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Improvement District No.
457, be, and they acre, hereby assessed according to the

assessment list for the said Inprovement District as the zone
now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock, and as the same may be annually re&Ajusted by
the Board of Assessors and that ten per centmn (10%) of said
assessment of the value of the benefits of each of said lots
of real property in said District shall be paid annually on
or before the first day of yuly of each pear, beginning July
it 1927, until the mhole of said assessment shall have been
paid.
Section 2. That, all ordinances, or parts of ordinances,
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
