TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE
SEVERAL LOTS, BLOCKS A BPD STRICT NO.A45gROF�THE
WITHIN STREET. DMOVEME
CITY OF TITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a majority in value of the owners of real property
owning real property adjoining the locality to be affected, and
situated, within Street Improvement District No. 459 of the City
of Little Roek, Arlansas, organized for the purpose of making
local iliprorements therein, by grading, draining, curbing,
guttering and paving the streets set out in their petition, and
by building a sanitary sewer system, all to be done in such
maser and with such materials as the commissioners of said
district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little
Rook for the construction of said improvements aryl that the cost
thereof. , shall be assessed upon the real property within said
district according to the benefits received; and
YEAS, said benefits received by each and every lot, block
and parcel of real property situated within said district equals
or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
$24,426.17;
NOWT, TBEREFa RE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the said several lots, blocks and parcels of
real property within said Street Improvement District No. 459 be,
and they are, hereby assessed according to the assessment list
for said: improvement district, as the sass now remains in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the
same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and
that 6 2/3% of said assessment of the value of the benefits of
each of the lots, blocks and parcels of "real property in
said district shall be paid annually on or bre the }bah
day of Same-h- of each year, beginning*:W'sl 1927, until
the whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in Aill force and effect from and after ite Passage-
