";.= I-, '�`Ihereas, more then ten owners of real property in that
portion of the city of Little Rock, in tfie State of Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps toward the making of a local improvement in said city by
forming said territory into a local improvement district for the
purposes hereinafter set forth:
Now, Therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU?�CIL OF

Section 1. That all of the following described real
property, to -wit:
Blocks One (1), lvo (2), Three (3) and Four (4), of

all bing situated in the corporate limits of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.

district for the purpose of installing a system of sanitary
sewers, including all necessary manholes, flushtanks, pipe
limes and outlets and such disposal araangenents as may be
necessary and all other work that may be necessary for the
successful construction thereof, and for the purpose of extending
said system beyond the bou._daries of t :e district for outlets at
such points and in such manner as may be found necessary; all of
tome to be located in tle places and to be of such materials
and dimensions and to be placed in such manner as the commissioners
to be appointed may deem for the pest interest of the district;
and that said district oe designated as Sewer improve:: -_ent District
