4097i v ORDINANCE NO. 4093 AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE BENEFITS TID BE RECEIVED BY HE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAZ ZOT S BIO(KS OR OTHER #�IVISIONS OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO, 449 OF THE CITY OF LITTIE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a majority in value of the owners of real property owning real property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated within Street Improvement Distri of No. 449 of the City of little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local improvements therein, by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and having certain streets as set out in said petition, and draining and repaving certain other streets as set out in said petition, in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the district, have petitioned the City Council of the City of little Rock for the construction of said improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property within said district according to the benefits received; and WHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every lot, block or other subdivision of real property situated vt thin said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is $40,482.03; THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the said several lots, blocks or other subdivisions of real property within said Street Improvement District No. 449 be, and they are, hereby assessed aaeordirg to the assessment list for said improvement 4.ist.riei,as the f a same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock and as the same may be annually readjusted by the board of assessors, and that four per centum (4 %) of said assessment of the value of the benefits of each of said lots, blocks or other subdivisions of re ropert in said district shall be paid on or before the I -4e-*- day o of the years 192V and 1928, and six and two— thirds per eentum /3 %) of said assessment shall be paid on or before th e aAday ofe=of each year thereafter, until the vh ole of said assessment shall have been paid. section 2.
