AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE ANNUAL LEVY IN THE
ARCH STREET ANNEX TO STREET IMPROVAMT DISTRICT
NO. 366
BE IT NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the said several lots, blooke or other
subdivisions of real property within the Arch Street Annex to
Street Improvement District Noy. 366 be, and they are, hereby
assessed according to the asse.ddkent list of said Annex, as the
same now remains in the office of the Clerk of the City of
Little Rook, and as the same may be annually readjusted by the
board of assessors of said City, and that nine per centum (9 %)
of said assessment of the value of the benefits of each of said
lots, blooks or other subdivisions of land shall be paid
annually on or before the 15th day of January of each year,
until the whole of said assessment sball have been paid, beginning
January 15, 1927.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
