"AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A CBRTAIN FaRTIUM
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS, INTO
A LOCAL IEPROVMMT DISTRICT AND DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDS THEREOF, SAID DISTRICT TO BE
KNOWN AS SIIXWAIK IMPAOTMENT DISTRICT NO.

WHEREAg i ten or more ownere of real property within the
bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to take steps toward
the making of local improvements therein by 11rainIng and
laying sidewalks on the east and west.Sides respectively
of Adams. Street from the south property line of Wiest Eighth
Street running south to the north property line of West
Tenth Street, in such manner and with such materials which
the Commissioners of said District may deem for the best
interest of the District.
NOW, THEFMFOER9 be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That Sidewalk Improvement District Number_
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same hereby
is created, laid out and established for the purpose of
draining and the laying of sidewalks on the east and west
aides respectively of Adame Pltitet from the south property
line of West Eight)t Street ranning south to the north property
line of West Tenth Street, in such manner and with such
materials which the Commissioners of said District may
deem for the best interest of the District, in accordance
with an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas
entitled "An Act to Regulate the Manner of Assessing Real
Property for Local Improvements in the Cities of the First
and Second Class," approved March 22, 1881, and amendments
thereto,
Section 2. That the District hereby created, laid out
and established shall include that portion of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, embraced within the boundaries
described as follows:
All property bounding and abutting on the streets to
be improved, as set out in Section One (1) hereof and
rennin back therefrom for a distance of one hundred and
fifty 1150) feet.
Section 3. That all
