ORDINANCE N0. 4088.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RATE OF TAXATION OF PROPERTY FOR
..CITY PURPOSES FOR THE YEAR 19260
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the rate of taxation on real
and personal property in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for
City purposes, for the year 1926, be and the same is hereby fix
and established and levied as follows:
For General Purposes, in order to carry on
the affairs of the City Government, under
Section 4, Article 111, of the Constitution
of 1874-3, tbe" — =1s hereby levied a, tOX -uf
five (5) mills.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect from and after its passage, and the same shall
be forthwith certified by the Mayor and City Clerk as required
by lax.
